We recently purchased a saw and had a few issues. The bolts were missing, so we had to buy replacements from a local hardware store. Several other parts didn’t come in the shipment, and we ended up being charged extra to get them because they weren’t included in the original package. On top of that, the lead time was much longer than expected.
