We recently purchased a saw and had a few issues. The bolts were missing, so we had to buy replacements from a local hardware store. Several other parts didn’t come in the shipment, and we ended up being charged extra to get them because they weren’t included in the original package. On top of that, the lead time was much longer than expected.
The one positive was the customer support team—email communication was excellent. They responded quickly and were helpful throughout the process.
Machine is great and shipping and delivery went really smooth.
What a nice piece of machinery. I’ve used a few times on both soft and hardwood. The finished product is smooth with very little sanding required. I’ve had a bit of snipe at the end of some longer boards but it’s negligible and to be honest it’s probably my lack of patience. Nice addition to my small hobby shop. Well worth the money.
