Due to its extensive experience, Robopac is now introducing a new range of entry level self-propelled wrapping machines, the Robot Master.
Attractive design and sophisticated technology combine in Master to create a solid and reliable robot that wraps loads on pallets. Master was constructed according to the design, construction and safety criteria used to build top performance robots. Master is an agile and compact packaging tool based on Robopac’s experience with over 25,000 robots sold worldwide. While intended for typically industrial use, Master is simple to use, taking various and severe working conditions into account. Robot Master is also equipped with Technical, solutions such as start cycle siren, blinker visible during product wrapping, immediate stop button and emergency bumpers that ensure high safety levels.

FRD CARRIAGE Spool carriage with mechanical brake onreturn roller. Constant stretch of the film independently of the diameter of the spool.Brake engagement/release device to facilitate hooking the film to the base of the pallet. Auxiliary metal rolls ensure a higher contact surface between film and return roller.
MOVE EVERYWHERE With the rudder you can easily carry the robot from one point to another without the use of forklifts. Manual movement controls in ergonomic position for easy use of the robot.
TRACING SYSTEM The tracing wheel allows to safely follow the profile of all the pallets, allowing the robot to wrap the product in complete autonomy.

What a nice piece of machinery. I’ve used a few times on both soft and hardwood. The finished product is smooth with very little sanding required. I’ve had a bit of snipe at the end of some longer boards but it’s negligible and to be honest it’s probably my lack of patience. Nice addition to my small hobby shop. Well worth the money.
bartell has to be the worst company to deal with, they do not have service manuals available on their website, service is not great. their equipment is not build to withstand construction applications. the manuals you can find are super cryptic and drawn out by a toddler. it's too bad i can't leave a lower score i feel like one star is still too good for them. get your stuff figured out guys, stop slapping your name on chinese garbage
Awesome bucket, could use some better hose management
Love the build of the bucket itself, and the extra reach from the front-dump feature is really nice. However, the way they routed the hydraulic hoses by default left them dragging on the ground when scraping with the bucket. We had to add some loops to keep them from dragging. Otherwise, great product!
